- Assisted non-profit medical center in the acquisition, re-development, and leasing of a 450,000 square-foot industrial facility for medical, research and administrative purposes.
- Represented financial institution in the marketing and sale of over 100 hundred commercial properties through a series of sealed bid sales and auctions.
- Represented non-profit medical center in a series of ground leasing transactions involving the leasing of land to hospitals, universities and governmental agencies.
- Represented national retailer in resolving landlord-tenant disputes.
